Here’s the secret… if you have been looking for ways to distract, fight, or get rid of those unwanted thoughts and feelings, all this is doing is handing over your power to external forces. Until you learn the skills to address what is going on inside, you will continue to feel out of control and sabotage yourself, despite your best intentions.

When you are focused on controlling the people, places, situations and foods you surround yourself with, this forces into ‘management mode’ rather ‘resolve mode’ and will only get you so far before you start to feel worse again!
1. It’s not the COMPLETE solution. You can’t use a quick fix to permanently influence and resolve issues at all levels of the mind (both the conscious and subconscious), your body & your spirit
2. It’s a band-aid just giving you false hope. The things which are driving your issues are left untouched & will continue to hold you back no matter how many band-aids you use.
3. Working on yourself involves re-learning a whole new way of being. Just like learning a new skill, you will make mistakes along the way. This needs the help of an expert who has been in your shoes and understands the challenges you are facing.
